Here I am giving the details of the most worshipped and distinctly visible ” Neela Chakra” ( Blue Wheel) that lies at the top of Shree Jagannath temple. The wheel is supposed to be Shree Vishnu’s most impressive weapon, Sudarshana Chakra (circle). Inside the Shree Jagannath temple, Shree Vishnu’s wheel is additionally venerated for the sake of ‘Sudarshana’.
